I got a good tip and used it -- when I went to register for baby stuff, I took someone with me that had already had a baby AND Toys R Us let us use her old register as a start for mine -- she knew all the things that I would need and what was just fluff.

I recently heard a bad Target story. Someone got a few baby bathtubs and tried to return the extras to Target (she was registered there). They would only allow her to return one at a time. I don't really know why but I think that is just not good. Who has time for that?

I also heard that Target was not very good with returns when you don't have the receipt (and who could get all the receipts for gifts!) Since Babys R Us is now open in Savannah - I think it's probably a better registry option.
