Swimming helped to turn my baby from a breech position -- so that I did not have to have a c-section. I guess the weightlessness helped. I also tried lying down with my hips raised on pillows and also (sounds crazy) playing music on my I-pod and holding the headphones down low. The baby turns to hear the music ( you just have to get them to stay there once they turn.
