1. Ginger Snaps
2. On Morning Sickness... when you are nauseous, never let your stomach get empty and try eating in small increments.
3. On Morning Sickness... try Gingerall, you can find it at health food stores such as Brighter Day.
4. Preggie Pops (natural fruit juice pops -- available at Motherhood) are great for nausea.
5. Try an acupuncturist - they can get rid of nausea.
6. Try Ginger ale - or if the after taste bothers you try Sprite or Fresh Squeezed Lemonade.
7. Try Pasta with Yogurt.
8. Quaker Oatmeal Squares coated with brown sugar (in a blue box.) They also have fiber - eat them dry - it's made a huge difference.
9. Go to one of the compounding pharmacies in town to get a topical combination of B1/B6/B12 and Phenergan - you put a little on the inside of the wrists.

Another good tip that we use in Pregnancy Yoga is to make sure that you keep your head higher than your heart to prevent nausea

Ginger Snaps helped me and keeping something on my stomach - small meals all day long.
